Slumber Party Games
There's always that extra bit of
work involved in
slumber party planning. These fun slumber party games will be
sure to help you along the way.
Here's two great slumber party games to ensure that all teeth get brushed at
the end of the evening.
Toothpaste Trials
Have different brands of toothpaste
lined up for guests to try and get them to vote on which one is the best.
Blind Man's Brush
Show your guests the different
sorts of toothpaste there are. Perhaps get them to read out to each other the
selling points for each of the brands ie. 'whitens and brightens' or 'ice cool
gel taste'.
Now the guests take turns to wear a blindfold while the others select a
toothpaste for them to brush with. Their task is to guess, after brushing,
which toothpaste brand they used.
Piggly Wiggly
This slumber party game involves sleeping bags and
a lot of guessing.
One person leaves the room while the others jump into any sleeping bag that is
not their own. The person comes back in and choses one of the sleeping bags to
sit on. When they say "Piggly wiggly," the hidden person replies, 'Oink oink."
If the person can correctly guess who is in the sleeping bag then they change
places and the person who was hiding then leaves the room and the game
continues.
Nocturnal Treasure Hunt
To play this slumber party game you will need to
remind your guests to bring a flashlight with them.
If the weather permits you can play this outside after it gets dark. Hide small
treats around the garden and let your guests get to it.
Burgler Alarm
Here's a slumber party game that will have them
racing against the clock.
Set a small timer or alarm clock and hide it somewhere in the room. Now the
guests can come in. Their task is to find the device before it goes off. You
could continue the game until a person succeeds. You may wish to vary the limit
depending on the age of your party guests.
