Indoor Party Games
It is not always easy to predict
what the weather is going to be like on the day of your party. So it is a good
idea to have some extra indoor party games up your sleeve in case you are
caught out, or rather in.
Lolly Scramble
A variation of an old favourite,
only this time attach treasures onto the ends of long rolls of string or balls
of wool. Wind these strings all around the house, under and over things, up and
down the stairs.
Get your party goers to pair up and wind up their ball of string to retrieve
their prize.
String Treasure Hunt
Pass the Orange
Lucky Balloon Pop
Split your players into two equal
teams and line them up. The person at the front of the line places the orange
under their chin. They must then pass it to the person behind without using
their hands. The person behind has to tuck the orange under their chin without
the use of their hands. This continues down the line until the orange reaches
the last player. The player at the end of the line runs to the front to start
again.
You can award each of the winning team with a sweet or other such small treat.
The winning team is the one which gets their starting person back to the front
of the line again.
This fun indoor party game involves making a bit of
a mess. But don't worry, participants will be more than happy to help you tidy
up.
You will need lots of sweets and lollies in a bowl or container. Stand in an
elevated position, perhaps on a chair or on the stairs. Now gently throw
handfuls of sweets around the room. (You may wish to buy wrapped sweets!) While
you are doing this their task is to clean up of course. And they'll be
scrambling to collect as many treats as they can.
No parties are complete without balloons. To play
this indoor party game you will need to select enough balloons so that there is
one for each party member.
Before inflating them insert small pieces of paper. On a few of the notes write
'lucky winner'. Now the balloons are ready to be blown up. Display them around
the main party room. Once eyerybody has chosen their balloon they can pop it to
discover if they are a lucky winner. .
